Project Snapshot
Owner: Spark Car Wash
Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Project Type: Ground-up construction
Timeline: August 2025 – May 2026
Jayeff Construction completed a new ground-up facility for Spark Car Wash in Tinton Falls, NJ, transforming two former commercial properties into a modern express car wash destination.
The project involved demolishing two existing structures formerly occupied by a QSR and fitness gym to make way for a fully integrated, high-performance car wash facility. The completed site features dual kiosk entry lanes leading into a 136-foot express wash tunnel with a reclaim trench system, along with 25 self-service vacuum stations designed to support high vehicle throughput and customer convenience.
Inside the facility, the scope included construction of a customer lobby and reception area, office space, server room, restroom, break room, electrical room, equipment room, and utility/storage spaces. The steel-framed structure required close coordination between architectural, structural, site, and equipment teams to support the installation of advanced wash systems and operational infrastructure.
Spark Car Wash’s express tunnel incorporates high-tech equipment including Neoglide washers, water reclamation systems, eco-friendly cleaning formulas, and high-efficiency dryers designed to deliver a fast, consistent, and environmentally conscious wash experience. The site also includes additional vehicle protection services such as ceramic coatings and RainGuard treatments.
Projects like this reflect the continued evolution of the express car wash industry, where speed, technology, sustainability, and customer experience all play a central role in facility design and construction.
