Jack F. Zoller Jr./President and Co-Founder. Jack's construction industry experience dates back to the 1970s. With a concentration in commercial construction and development, he has done everything from work in the field as a Project Superintendent, to spending five years as a Regional Project Manager for Kmart Corporation. Jack also holds a BA in Business Administration from St. Leo's University and completed postgraduate studies at the NJ Institute of Technology Construction Management Program. He is a hands-on leader, instilling an ethic of customer service to every Jayeff employee.
Craig J. Ossenfort/Vice President and Co-Founder. With more than 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry, Craig's background includes Project Management, Supervision, Operation, Estimating and Quality Control. As a former craftsman, he brings a commitment to high quality, cost-efficient construction services.
Kenneth M. Schwarz, Jr./Treasurer & CFO. Ken's experience as an accountant encompasses more than 25 years in the building and construction industry. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS degree in Accounting, he is also a licensed real estate broker. Ken's close relationships with banking and financial institutions have smoothed the way for Jayeff clients to expedite their real estate financing, from initiation to closing. His expertise in computers enables Jayeff to maintain a high-tech environment.
Tom Karagianakis/Vice President. Throughout his career, Tom has been involved in all facets of Corporate Management; Operations, Scheduling, Estimating and Marketing. Tom has established national general contracting firms specializing in retail store construction and multiple commercial projects. A graduate of the University of Athens – Architectural Design, Tom's years of experience in the construction industry gives him an in-depth understanding of client needs.
Thomas J. Moore, Corporate Safety Officer/Senior Field Supervisor. Tom has been with Jayeff for more than 11 years. Bringing an expertise in retail construction, his responsibilities include overseeing our field supervisors, troubleshooting and working closely with our project management team. Tom also attends field meetings, reviews our safety procedures and enforces OSHA rules and related practices.
