• Ongoing safety inspections, including unannounced visits.
• Job-box mandatory safety meetings.
• Continuous education and training in OSHA, state and local regulations and codes.
• A three-tiered pre-qualification program to screen all subcontractors prior to engagement.
• Lock-out / Tag-out Program.
• Strict Confined-Space Program.
