Meet Jayeff's Leadership Team

JACK F. ZOLLER Jr.  President and Co-Founder

Jack began his construction career working for the Kmart Corporation as a regional project manager. His experience working for an industry leading retail giant has enabled him to see projects from the client’s perspective and understand the dynamics associated with commercial development. He understands the demands the real estate and tenant coordinators as well as the corporate construction managers are under and as such manages the Jayeff team to build solutions that deliver ease of business results. Jack’s responsibilities cover all departments but his hands-on daily message to all at Jayeff is to exceed your own expectations by challenging yourself and to that end you will exceed the clients. Jack holds a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Leo’s University and has completed post graduate studies at New Jersey Institute of Technology in the Construction Management Program.

CRAIG J. OSSENFORT  Vice President and Co-Founder

With more than 30 years of construction experience, Craig has encountered virtually everything that can occur on the jobsite and as such he is a solutions oriented owner. Craig is a high energy straight shooter who knows the schedule clock is ticking and there is work to be done. He divides his time between visiting projects and the field personnel and ensuring projects are on track to working with the project managers in the office and helping them develop deliverable project schedules. In addition his vast knowledge is routinely called upon by the estimating department in bid preparation and budget development. As a former craftsman, he is committed to quality and delivering value through cost-effective construction practices.

Ken M. Schwarz Jr.  Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer

Ken’s experience as an accountant encompasses more than 25 years in the building and construction industry. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS degree in Accounting, he is also a licensed real estate broker. Ken’s close relationships with banking and financial institutions have smoothed the way for Jayeff clients to expedite their real estate financing, from initiation to closing. His expertise in computers enables Jayeff to maintain a high-tech environment.

DAN DUGGAN  Director of Operations

Dan provides leadership over the daily business activities of Jayeff’s general contracting and construction management services and facilitates the execution of all projects. Dan’s diversified background serves Jayeff well; he is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning and Design and his record of success spans more than 17 years in consulting engineering and land development management. Dan’s demonstrated commitment to proactive customer service and “hands-on” management style, with the insight to anticipate the problems and needs of each project, is integral to the Jayeff approach to managing your business.

THOMAS J. MOORE  Corporate Safety and Quality Control Officer

Over the past 15 years Tom has been instrumental in getting projects off on the right track and keeping them on schedule straight through to completion. Tom visits each project regularly and his expertise in commercial construction is invaluable when it comes to troubleshooting problems and providing the client, the client’s design team and our project managers with best practice solutions. His responsibilities also include managing and providing tutelage to our field supervisors. He also reviews and recommends project safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
